3 Course Bundle - Brake Test - Course Information
This combined course is designed to develop your ability to accurately diagnose and evaluate braking system faults across light vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, and wheeled mobile plant. Combining all three units into one streamlined program, you’ll gain practical, job-ready skills that can be applied across multiple industries and equipment types.
Throughout the training, you’ll work through real-world fault scenarios and learn how to apply systematic diagnostic processes using industry-standard tools and procedures. The course focuses on improving fault-finding efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting safe, compliant operation of vehicles and machinery.
You’ll learn how to:
Identify and analyse braking system faults across different vehicle types
Apply diagnostic procedures to hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic braking systems
Interpret test results and evaluate system performance
Use appropriate tools and equipment to carry out fault diagnosis
Follow workplace procedures and safety requirements during testing and evaluation
Document findings and recommend appropriate repair actions
This bundled approach ensures you build consistent, transferable diagnostic skills while completing three nationally recognised units in a time-efficient format.
