The Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) is a nationally recognised qualification that focuses on the operational side of leadership, including how to plan, organise, and deliver results through people. Learning is practical and career-focused, with assessments based on real workplace scenarios. This competency-based approach ensures you don’t just learn theory - you develop the practical skills and knowledge needed to confidently apply what you’ve learned in real-world situations.
Assessment is competency-based, meaning you’ll be evaluated on your ability to perform tasks and apply knowledge in real-world scenarios. This includes:
